Global Sky Education, Ltd. (GSE Japan) hereby announces the completion to transfer its Learning Design Business to WiLLSeed Co., Ltd. as part of the business transfer with effect from April 1, 2022. 

WillSeed is one of the leading educational and corporate training companies in Japan that has strengths in the area of global education, career education, and soft skill development both for business people and young students including junior high schools, high schools, and universities.

GSE Japan continues its operations in Educational Consultation Business for early childhood and primary education providers, Hello Kids program and Internship at the early learning centres in Australia and New Zealand under the management and operations of Global Sky Education Group.
