Global Sky’s restaurant business operates four eateries in Tokyo and Honolulu in the United States. Our Tokyo restaurants offer customers a taste of Oceania, while our restaurants in Hawaii offer an Italian experience, with the eateries offering related food and wine from these regions. This regional theme gives customers a world-class dining experience with the highest standards of hospitality.
In addition, our restaurants serve as a community hub for various events, such as seminars, training and other activities. Global Sky Group also provides one-stop education / consulting and solutions based on our operational experience, including operation management, menu development, food and beverage service, human resource development, and inbound tourist training.

Located on the 39th floor of Yebisu Garden Place in upscale Ebisu, the Australia-themed South offers the blessings of Oceania’s rich bounty from the land and sea along with matching New World wines, on top of a magnificent view of the Tokyo skyline. Customers can enjoy the original taste of various ingredients from a single plate, such as platters of sensational seafood, quality Australian lamb and wagyu beef, together with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Located on the fifth floor of Tokyo’s prestigious Shin-Marunouchi Building in front of Tokyo Station, Zealander offers delicious seafood and meats from New Zealand, together with matching high-quality wines. Translated as “journey” in Italian, Viaggio offers delicious Italian cuisine derived from fresh local ingredients in a culinary journey for diners. This fine dining establishment is located within luxury car dealership “Velocity Honolulu,” but with a relaxed atmosphere for patrons. It is located on the upper floor of the same building as our sister restaurant, italica Bar & Cafe.

italica Bar & Cafe

Located in Honolulu in a popular area of Hawaii, italica Bar & Café offers a casual but friendly dining experience with Italian style. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of “Velocity Honolulu,” a luxury car dealership offering top Italian luxury brands such as Ferrari and Lamborghini, and is a 15-minute walk from Ala Moana Shopping Center. In addition to authentic espresso and cappuccino brewed by baristas, Viaggio offers light meals and takeout. It is a convenient venue for events at the nearby Neal S. Blaisdell Center, including the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, making it a popular destination for concertgoers before and after performances.
